Flexographic printing is a unique method for packaging presentation, adding value to the standard product. Ate Plast Ltd. offers flexographic printing with up to 8+1 colors for excellent product presentation. We operate three flexographic printing presses capable of speeds up to 500 meters per minute. Our primary materials include LDPE, BOPET, BOPP, BOPA, HDPE, MDPE, PE-EVOH-PE, and CPP.
For the production of flat films for automated lines, as well as wicket and vacuum bags, we are equipped with flexographic printing presses offering a maximum print width of up to 1300 mm. We maintain a complete set of printing cylinders with a print repeat length of up to 800 mm.
For the production of tubular film, center-folded film, sacks, covers, sheets, and bags, we utilize a flexographic printing press with a working width of 1050 mm and a maximum print repeat length of 960 mm.
